February 11, 2020 – TORONTO AND HALIFAX

Paul Lockhard steps up as agency focuses on data, tech and creative.

Colour’s owner and CEO, Chris Keevill will be passing his executive leadership responsibilities to long-time trusted partner and Colour’s current President, Paul Lockhard, who effective April 1 will take on the added roles of Chief Executive Officer of Colour Creative Persuasion and Colour Media (USA).

Keevill has accepted a new role as President and CEO, Atlantic Lottery, effective May 1, 2020. Keevill will maintain his ownership in Colour and hold that investment through a trust.

In 2001, Keevill came home to Atlantic Canada from Toronto to raise his family. He acquired the business from CCL Group founder, Steve Parker, over a well-planned 10-year succession period while the two became a great team. Parker comments, “Chris has an exceptional record in business and community leadership roles. He is an innovator and has been an excellent partner. I wish him and Paul great success going forward.”

Paul Lockhard came to Colour as President in March 2018 after serving as President of Environics PR. “Paul grew-up as an early practitioner of digital and has elevated Colour’s game by helping clients at the intersection of data, technology and creative,” says Keevill.

Lockhard adds “Colour has a deep team and great clients. Our agency partner network that includes subject area experts in CRM, and technology gives breadth to our capabilities particularly in the areas of wellness and financial services marketing. I am thrilled to take on the leadership at Colour, an agency that has served clients well for over 40 years.”
